HOW IT WORKS

Pre-Wedding Trials
The Pre-Wedding trial is the first opportunity to bring together all the components of your wedding day that will go in to making you feel supremely confident and stunningly beautiful on the one day when you are guaranteed to be the absolute centre of attention. In my experience this is an enjoyable build up to the celebrations made all the more comfortable by being delivered in your own home.

A trial can be booked as soon as you have picked out your dress and decided your colour scheme. This needs to be a minimum 6 weeks before the wedding date to ensure you secure my services, allow time to tailor your packages and perfect your look. It will be useful if you can have the following to hand for this session:

- Photograph of the bride and bridesmaids dresses, fabric/ colour samples
- Hair accessories you may have already chosen
- Details of floral pieces - flower types, colours, accessories
- Outfit details for mother of the bride and members of the wedding party
- Skincare and makeup products normally used
- Photographs, magazine articles or your own ideas on what look you would like

What will happen during the trial:
- A professional skin analysis
- Individual consultations
- A number of hair styling options will be practiced
- Application of products & make up to create your individual look until you feel confident & beautiful
- Creation of an individual skincare plan, discuss other beauty treatments & organise a schedule of events

It is essential that any member of the wedding party with known allergies informs me as soon as possible to prevent any reaction to products & to plan for alternatives.

Night Before the Wedding
The evening before the wedding is a good time to bring the bridal party together for a pamper evening to relax before the big day. I will arrive at an arranged time to deliver beauty treatments, paint nails and complete eye treatments as listed in your package.

On The Wedding Day
On your wedding day I will arrive at an agreed time at your home or wedding venue and expertly recreate the look you have chosen. This will usually follow a pattern of hair first, skin preparation, make up application and nail touch up if required. I guarantee you will be thrilled with the end result and look stunning.

Payments
There will normally be three payment points:
1. A £20 booking fee will be requested when you first contact me to book your trial in advance of my first visit.
2. A deposit of 50% of the total wedding package price less the £20 booking fee will be required on the day of the pre-wedding trial. This payment will secure my services for your Wedding day & all further treatments in between.
3. The remaining 50% plus any extras added to the original package will be due on the wedding day itself.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation in part or in full by you or individual members of the bridal party prior to the wedding day will normally result in the loss of the 50% deposit. In exceptional circumstances a partial refund may be made were business expenses can still be covered, or in the event of a full cancellation the arranged wedding date can be resold to another party. This will be at the discretion of Halo by Hazel and is not offered as an automatic arrangement. Silver Package only; if due to cancellations the number falls to a single client, a £50 surcharge will be added to the wedding day.

Additional Charges
Travel within 30 minutes of Scunthorpe is included in the package. Beyond this a charge of £5 per 15 minute increment will be made. Tolls, congestion and parking charges will be added to the price of the package. Cancellation by Halo by Hazel prior to your trial will result in your booking fee being refunded in full. Cancellation by Halo by Hazel prior to your wedding day will result in a full refund of your wedding day deposit and trial costs. In the unlikely event that I am unable to fulfil my commitment to you due to accident, severe illness, inclement weather conditions, act of god, mechanical breakdowns, or for any delays caused by events beyond my control, I will endeavour to provide you with a qualified and skilled replacement for both hair and make-up. In the event that I am unable to provide such replacement, then the full extent of my liabilities’ would be to give you a full refund.
